Please ensure that all required documents are completed before mailing. Please stack all documents with the Business Reply Envelope (BRE) on top, fold them together according to the dotted lines and secure along the edges with clear tape before dropping into the post box.

Apply to change your payment method from GIRO to Direct Billing or vice versa.
