Change coupon/cash benefit option

To change your coupon/cash benefit after your policy is issued, please use our customer portal, MyManulife.

Register/Login to MyManulife

Instructions:

1. Log into your account via MyManulife.

2. Click on the "Servicing" tab, followed by "Change coupon/cash benefit option".

3. Under "New option", select the preferred option for the required policy(ies) and click "Next".

4. Read and acknowledge the Declaration, then click "Next".

5. Select your preferred method to receive your One-Time Password (OTP). 

6. Key in your OTP and click "Proceed".

7. You will receive an immediate acknowledgement.
