Your Manulife policy gives you access to a comprehensive 24-Hour Emergency Assistance Services* provided by Aspire Lifestyle (APAC) Pte Ltd.
The Emergency Assistance Services include, but not limited to the following:
- telephone medical advice;
- medical service provider referral;
- arrangement of hospital admission;
- inoculation & visa requirement information;
- legal & interpreter referral; and
- emergency message transmission.
In case of emergency while you are overseas, call the 24-Hour Hotline and be assured of assistance.
*Only available to in-force policies with the 24-Hour Emergency Assistance Services feature. Any expenses incurred in engaging such services will be borne by the policyholder. Services provided are subject to Terms and Conditions of Aspire Lifestyle (APAC) Pte Ltd.
